Sarah is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a diverse clinical background providing evidence-based, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Since beginning her nursing career in 2019 as a psychiatric registered nurse, she has practiced in a variety of behavioral health settings, including residential treatment facilities, crisis stabilization units, correctional institutions, acute inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient services delivered both in person and via telehealth.

Having recently relocated to the Denver–Boulder area, Sarah welcomes new patients seeking comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management. Her clinical experience includes the assessment and treatment of a broad range of conditions, including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia spectrum disorders, schizoaffective disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism spectrum disorder, among others.

Sarah is committed to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to mental health care. She emphasizes individualized treatment plans that integrate psychopharmacology with psychotherapy, behavioral and lifestyle interventions, community resources, and regular reassessment to optimize long-term outcomes and overall well-being.
