Appointments and Scheduling

You can request your appointment here via our online scheduling system. By clicking the link below, you can request an appointment. We will contact you via phone to get a little bit of information and speak to you briefly to help ensure that we can offer you the services that you need. Following that conversation, we can confirm your appointment.

**When you book online, you will be asked for a credit card number. This card will ONLY be charged in the event a patient No-Shows the appointment.


You will choose from our three appointment options:

90 Minute Intake Appointment - If you are new to Larson Mental Health, this is the appointment for you. A 90 minute initial appointment allows ample time to understand your health history, your current concerns, and get your treatment started appropriately.

**LARSON MENTAL HEALTH IS ONLY TAKING NEW AETNA AND CU GOLD PATIENTS AT THIS TIME**

25 Minute Follow Up Appointment - This is the most common follow up type of appointment. 25 minutes is generally enough time to assess how your medication is going, make adjustments if necessary, and provide medication refills.

50 Minute Follow Up Appointment - This follow up appointment is not as common as the 25 minute follow up. If you feel that substantial changes in your medication are necessary or you have a long list of questions that you feel will require additional time, this might be an appropriate appointment to schedule.

Appointment No-Shows or Late Cancellations 

In the case of Appointment No-Shows or Late Cancellations (generally considered less than 24 hours before the appointment time), fees will be charged based on the self-pay rate of the practice. The fees are as follows:

-       90-Minute Initial Patient Evaluation - $300.00

-       50-Minute Follow Up Appointment - $215.00

-       30-Minute Follow Up Appointment - $145.00

Exceptions to this policy may be made based on specific circumstances or hardship, but you should not expect this to be the case.

Everyone’s time is valuable, and when appointment times go unfilled due to a No-Show or a Late Cancellation, it is not fair to other clients who would have liked to have taken that appointment and would have arrived on time.
