Key Cost Considerations

Before you book your next appointment with our team, we encourage you to review these notices about payments, appointments, and patient requirements:

  • We do not conduct court-ordered evaluations and we do not provide any substance abuse/addiction treatments.
  • Our practice requires every patient to have a valid credit card on file to schedule an appointment.
    • Please note that we have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you cancel before the 24-hour mark, your card will not be charged. But, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge your card based on the appropriate self-pay rate.
  • If you do not wish to pay out of pocket or if your insurance company is not listed on this page, you may pay with a Health Savings Account or a Flex Spending Account.
  • Upon request, we will happily provide an invoice of your treatment to your insurance company for reimbursement. It will include the appropriate CPT codes.
  • Exceptions may be made to our policies based on specific circumstances or hardships, but do not come to your appointments with that expectation.

It’s also important to note that we require periodic in-person appointments for individuals who receive a prescription for a controlled substance.

All telehealth patients must attest that they are IN THE STATE OF COLORADO while being treated. Larson Mental Health does NOT conduct any out-of-state appointments. It is illegal for Larson Mental Health practitioners to conduct any appointments while the patient is out of state.
